Welcome to Notice Recovery Consulting

We are a minority-woman owned business that provides innovative consulting services to local, state, and federal clients, during catastrophes and pandemics. We obtain, maximize, and secure federal and state funding for our clients. We deliver quality solutions in a timely manner and with special care.

NRC has a unique background that includes a wealth of experience in working with Federal, State, local, and PNP organizations. NRC has a proven track record with being assigned a wide variety of tasks. NRC arrives at novel solutions which require prompt decision-making and problem-solving skills, all while abiding by Federal and State policies and regulations.

We ensure our clients stay up to date on the latest policy so they understand the entire disaster management cycle. Also, we maintain a large network of relationships with FEMA and HUD, as well as local, state, non-governmental, and private partners.

NRC effectively provides program management tools, processes, training, and support to implement best grant management practices, perform financial and regulatory compliance functions, and administer local, state, and federal grant programs. Most recently, NRC has been supporting project teams and clients with grant management, audit preparation, and project closeout support for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) program and response to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19).
