New York University Langone Medical Center (NYULMC)

Notice Recovery Principal supported FEMA’s Public Assistance grant formulation for New York University Langone Medical Center (NYULMC) to aid with recovery in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. NRC led the team’s effort and in collaboration with FEMA and the State of New York, to obligate a $1.13 billion grant. We provided NYULMC expertise on resource management and allocation, de-obligation risk mitigation, project formulation plans, project deliverables, actions/issue resolution, project scheduling/milestones, policies, and procedures as it pertains to the Stafford Act, CFR 2 and 44. Furthermore, we provided compliance guidance on project documentation standards for reimbursement and project closeout quality assurance to OIG audit standards.
