Notice Recovery Principal assisted the City of New Orleans’ (CNO) Chief Administrative Office in managing and administering FEMA funding under Hurricanes Katrina ($900M), Gustav ($20M), and Isaac ($17M). We developed programmatic and financial reporting tools to efficiently and effectively track and maintain project data for CNO. Furthermore, we reviewed, updated, and informed supply and chain director of procurement policies as it pertains to the Stafford Act, 2 and 44 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Notice Recovery Principal also developed financial and other reporting tools, such as earned value analysis and revenue reporting mechanisms for the Mayor’s office in order to report out to the public and stakeholders.
